The girls moving around in grandma’s kitchen.

First night home, and it’s stormy. 

mark-w-salling:

It freaked the girls out a bit cus it was super loud. But we got them to sleep.

Sitting on the back deck, watching the lightening. Last time this happened was back when I met Ash’s parents for the first time. Oh yeah, good times.

They were a little freaked out for sure. We just don’t have thunderstorms like that in Cali.

Your parents are asleep, the sound of the rain and thunder will block out our sounds. We should totally have a little fun.

The closer I get to home, the better things feel.

And the more excited I get for my kids to see what it looks like.

Same, baby, same. Just a short plane ride and a drive till we’re pulling up to your parents house.

Think its time to get out of LA

I’d be real tempted to just…never go back to LA if I’m not going back to the show. That’s why staying in Texas all summer would be a bad idea. But I think being away from that place will be good. It’ll get us prepared to go back.

And the girls get some time with their families, like you said. I’m looking forward to this mom and dad time for sure. Especially after our little trip.

I know we have to go back to LA. It’s where your work is show or no show and its where I need to work to when the time comes to start acting again.
